After a fast ride down Cullasaja Canyon in North Carolina we stopped for
lunch in Highlands.

After lunch, three full riders window-shop the boutique shops of Highlands.
Our favorite was the Chocolate Shoppe, with homemade chocolate and ice
cream.

A stop along the way gives a chance to check out the local wares.
This shop brought in customers by advertising a chance to see a
"White Bat"......actually a Louisville Slugger baseball bat
painted white. False advertising? Nobody complained.

Restaurant and Campsite and Ruby Mine.
