We were cold and hungry by the time we arrive at the Crabtree Meadows Visitor Center.  The small restaurant has a beautiful forest view.  As you can tell from the clean plates, the food really hit the spot!

Our waitress, Kelly, had a great personality!  She even e-mailed us her recipe for her squash relish!  Thanks Kelly, it was a delight meeting you.

Although she doesn't quiet Ricky's story.
