The Colorado National
Monument is located west of Grand Junction. The ride through the park is a
favorite with local motorcyclists, and rightfully so. Magnificent scenery
greats the rider around every curve.
Above and right are pictures of the two lane
road winding its way through Colorado National Monument. Note the
size of the white car in the lower right of the picture above.
A wide-angle view of the road gives you a feel
for the vistas. Grand Junction can be seen in the distant valley.
